MAC released their Cinderella Collection today at Tangs Vivo and Orchard (26 February) 😀
Such a pretty collection and the packaging is whimsical too!

The eye shadow palette is made up of 5 permanent shades and 1 limited shade. For those who do not own most of the shades, this is a very affordable palette since getting the colours individually would cost a lot more 😀
I, on the other hand, dedicated my money to the limited edition items instead such as the eyegloss and lipsticks :p
Shoutout to Sina at MAC Tangs Vivo and the awesome Heather @ MAC for helping me decide what to get 🙂 * Skipped the mascara, fluidlines, lipglasses too… although I am beginning to regret not getting them now.. haa oops
The one item that sold this collection for me was the lipsticks… how can you not love them seriously?!?!?!?!
Left: Free As A Butterfly is a sheer nude light champagne gold – Lustre (i will update with lip swatches later on! hee)
Right: Royal Ball is a sheer soft baby pink – Lustre The camera won’t pick up how pretty the holographic sheen is .. so sad… it looks absolutely stunning on any skin color IMHO.

The Studio Eye Gloss was another eye catcher!
Super Oh-La-La!
I did read up a few reviews saying that this creases and blah blah blah but what I did was to use a little at a time and layer it up. A thin layer takes seconds to dry and set so just add on as much as you want. If you still find that this creases on you, just add to the parts of your eye that have minimal movement such as under the brow bone.
Love how this turned out 🙂
Pearl Varnish is a sheer white with pink purple holographic frost
Lightly Tauped is a sheer light chocolate brown beige with pink purple holographic

There are 2 powders in this collection which is a must have!
The Beauty Powder in Mystery Princess is GORGEOUS!!!! It is a light silvery beige highlighter shade which just a hint of tiny shimmer.. nothing too disco ball for daytime 🙂
The other is an Iridescent Powder / Pressed in Coupe D’Chic. Better than Nars ORGASM I reckon!
It is a medium peach coral rose with a undertone of gold. B-E-A-U-T-I-F-U-L!
Cinderalla came with 3 pigments which out of the 3, I picked Pretty It Up.
It is a deep olive almost black-gold shimmer. Extremely pigmented and easy to blend. While pigments do have fall out, this is pretty minimal and I could easily dust away the excess without ruining my foundation.
